Judy Fisher offers a Confidential Helpline service for its workers.
Calls are welcomed from current and ex workers who believe they have unresolved issues with PrimeTime over such matters as pay, holidays, unreasonable treatment or any matter they are not happy with.
Normal pay and holiday queries should be raised in the first instance with your manager - this Helpline is for unresolved issues only. Those who have an unresolved issue e.g. a pay query will need to provide sufficient details for these to be addressed.
The helpline number to call or to text is 07971 568151 between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
If requested, we will telephone callers back to minimise expense.
We will record the details of the call, pass these to the appropriate person to deal with and monitor that the issue has been resolved.
Callers have the choice to give their names or to remain anonymous. We will confirm with the caller whether she/he wishes the matter to be kept confidential to the Judy Fisher Senior Management only or whether the information can be used openly.
